Westmoreland still reeling from flood

Course teaches history of Christ Church

For those who would like to learn a bit more about local history, “People and Places of Christ Church Parish,” just might be the vehicle. It's a course sponsored by the Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation’s Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning (RILL), and will be taught by Robert Teagle from 1 to 3 p.m. on October 4, 11, and 18 (Tuesdays) at Historic Christ Church in Irvington, Lancaster County. For years, people have known that one of the best ways to see the Northern Neck is from a boat. Increasingly, people are learning that seeing it from the seat of a bicycle is pretty good too.
